How Do I Place An Order?

Placing an order is simple! Click the shop link on the homepage and begin viewing the array of products we offer. Make sure you use the drop down menus to select the shade of your choice along with the quantity. Click “add to order” and these items will immediately appear in your shopping cart. Once you have filled the shopping cart to your heart’s content, proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, you will be able to review your selections and make payment.



Payment and Shipping

Free standard shipping with any $100 order! Savoir Beauty & Cosmetics accepts major credit cards and payments from personal bank accounts. All orders must be prepaid. There is no COD option. Please be sure to check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.

Returns & Refunds

Savoir Beauty & Cosmetics is committed to offering you the most deluxe products available. If your order from Savoir Beauty & Cosmetics does not meet your expectations, you are welcomed to exchange the unwanted item for a credit worth the value of your purchase.  There are no refunds. However, Savoir Beauty & Cosmetics will honor an exchange within 14days of the original purchase date. Exchanges will only be granted if the item is unused. Please contact us immediately at makeup@savoirbeauty.com if you have received an item that you feel is damaged or unsatisfactory. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction and honor the Savoir promise of quality.

Make sure to include the original packing slip, highlighting the item(s) being exchanged. Be sure you have completed the exchange information on the back of packing slip, noting your name, address, phone number, email address, reason for exchange and item you would like in its place. 



We suggest that when returning an item, you the send the item via an insured package with UPS, FedEx or USPS for your protection. Please keep the tracking number as reference for the return shipment. This information will be required to assist you if the package does not reach us.



Please allow an appropriate amount of time to process your exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Savoir Beauty & Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.
