What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair simply MEANS the hair is unprocessed, unidirectional, cut from a single donor and has not been altered by a chemical or steam process. Donors vary so curl, wave patterns and textures may vary. Most Virgin hair is natural dark brown in color, varying between a 1b (black/brown) to a 3 (chocolate brown color)
What is Remy Hair?
Contrary to popular belief, Remy simply means that the hair cuticles run in the same direction, thus allowing the hair to flow free without matting and tangling.
How much Lady Lux Hair is need for a whole head?
Your personal style and desired look will determine exactly how much hair is needed. However, here is a guide: 2 bundles for lengths 16” or Shorter. 3-4 bundles for lengths 18” – 24”. 4 or more bundles for 26” or more. More hair is required for a fuller look.
Should I seal the wefts on my Lady Lux Hair?
Sealing wefts is always recommended. I do recommend seeking a professional to assist with the process to assure that it's done properly
How long will my Lady Lux Hair Extensions last?
The hair will last up to a year but can last much longer with proper treatment and care. Constant heat styling and improper care will significantly shorten the life span of the hair.
Should I cut the wefts when installing my Lady Lux Hair?
It is recommend not to cut the weft if at all possible, this ensures less shedding.
What products should I use on my Lady Lux Hair?
Sulfate Free shampoos are highly recommended because they are milder on the hair. A moisturizing conditioner works best for our hair. Be mindful not use any product in excess because it will cause build up on the hair and weigh the hair down.
Can Lady Lux Hair be colored?
Yes. It is recommended to seek a licensed professional to perform color services.
What is the difference between the VIRGIN LUX vs DREAM LUX Collection?
Our Superior VIRGIN LUX COLLECTION includes the following textures; Natural Straight, Curly, Sassy Curl and Bohemian Curly. These textures are available in full 4oz bundles and are sourced from one primary donor, ensuring the highest of quality on the market. The Virgin hair is Pure and unprocessed providing for longevity and the ability to wear the hair for several installations. The hair is naturally wavy or curly in it's natural state.
Our DREAM LUX COLLECTION The hair in this collection is available in 3-3.5oz bundles and is processed to achieve the curl or wave PATTERN listed. It is our more affordable collection, but still offers great quality hair.
